Free Estimates

Our technicians provide free, no-obligation estimates before beginning work on your garage door. We think providing you with a free estimate is important because it helps you make an informed decision about what work is done on your garage door and who works on your garage door.

Our technicians conduct estimates in a thorough and systematic manner. The estimate involves a careful and sequential inspection of each part of your garage door. Although most broken garage doors have an obvious cause, we still inspect every part of the garage door. Other garage door parts may be damaged or may soon break, too.

The technician then prepares a recommended service proposal for your garage door and discusses this work plan with you. At this point you and the technician may discuss the specific work done on your door. Or, you can decide to not have us work on your door. There is no cost to you until our technician begins actually working on your garage door.

Springs

Garage Door Springs

We replaced broken garage door springs daily with our high-quality torsion and extension springs.

Our technicians carry all standard types and sizes of springs on their trucks so that they can service your door immediately after inspecting your door.

Broken Springs

Please note that broken springs, specifically, can be dangerous to yourself, family, and property. We strongly encourage you to contact professionals for broken spring replacement because of the tremendous force springs can suddenly release when incorrectly handled during installation and replacement.

We use high quality steel springs built to last five-to-ten times longer than the industry standard springs our competitors and other home service companies use. We use durable springs precisely because they break less often and give our customers peace of mind that isn't available with industry standard springs.

Rollers

Garage Door Rollers

We think garage door rollers are seriously under-appreciated. They are important for keeping your garage door quiet and your opener running longer.

Rollers are small but important for the smooth operation of your garage door.

Rollers are small but important for the smooth operation of your garage door.

Damaged Rollers

Rollers move a garage door smoothly along the garage door's guide rails while opening and closing the door. Damaged rollers can cause noise, wear down your garage door's springs and opener, and prevent your door from opening or closing safely.

Our technicians use ultra-durable and ultra-quiet nylon tires with thirteen internal ball bearings and zinc plating. The external nylon tires are dramatically quieter than steel and other materials because of nylon's vibration-dampening properties. The internal ball bearings reduce friction-related wear on the roller. And, the zinc plating protects against rust and environmental wear.

Cables

Garage Door Cables

We use stainless, aircraft grade steel cables with 19 wires per strand.

Garage door cables distribute your door's weight and opener's force across the entire garage door system.

Garage door cables distribute your door's weight and opener's force across the entire garage door system.

Broken Cables

Broken and fraying garage door cables effect your entire garage door's operation. Cables distribute your garage door's weight and force from the opener and springs. Broken and worn cables will cause your door's weight to be unevenly distributed, which causes greater wear on other parts of your garage door.

We use long-lasting garage door cables built to last much longer than industry standard cables. We use stainless, aircraft-grade steel cables with nineteen wires per strand. Standard industry cables use lower quality steel, have only seven wires per strand, and create much more noise when opening and closing your garage door.

Drums

Garage Door Drums

We use 12 inch, commercially rated cable drums rated for 50% lifting weight than the industry standard.

Garage door drums anchor your garage door's cables.

Garage door drums anchor your garage door's cables.

Garage Door Drums

Your garage door's drums balance the force of your garage door's springs against the weight of your garage door. Damaged and broken drums will prevent your door from opening and closing properly. Since the cable drums regulate the springs' force and bear the garage door's weight, damaged cable drums will place additional stress on your garage door's other hardware.

We use 12 inches wide and commercially-rated cable drums that are rated for 375 pounds each. Standard garage door cable drums are 8 inches wide and rated for 260 pounds of lifting weight each. Our technicians also carry cable drums for all standard types of garage door systems on their trucks so that they can immediately replace broken cable drums after inspecting your garage door.

Tracks and Hardware

Garage Door Tracks and Hardware

All of our hardware is built to last with heavy-duty reinforced steel construction and zinc plating.

Garage door tracks guide the garage door's rollers when opening and closing the garage door.

Garage door tracks guide the garage door's rollers when opening and closing the garage door.

Garage Door Tracks

Your garage door's tracks are guide rails and housing for the garage door's rollers. When opening and closing your garage door the tracks direct the garage door's movement upward and downward. Damaged tracks will prevent the garage door from opening and closing or move the garage door into an unusual and potentially dangerous position.

Our technicians use heavy-duty tracks built with zinc-plated steel. Our tracks and our other hardware use engineer-designed reinforcements, high-quality ball bearings, and additional anchor points to increase the hardware's lifespan and protect the hardware from rust and other environmental stress. Industry-standard hardware is built from thinner steel, lacks reinforcement, and has a paint coating that only protects against corrosion until the paint chips or wears off during normal garage door operation.

Panels

Garage Door Panels

We can repair and replace all kinds of dents, dings, and bends in garage door panels.

Garage door panel damage is usually an accident caused by someone trying to drive into a garage or back out of a garage while the garage door is closed. Don't worry, everyone has off days.

Garage Door Panels

Broken and bent garage door panels are usually an accident. The most common cause of garage door panel damage is driving into the garage door. Some accidents involve driving into the garage while forgetting to open the garage door first. Other accidents involve backing out of the garage while the door is closed. Hail and extreme weather may also damage garage door panels.

We can help replace and repair your garage door's damaged panels regardless of the cause. We also carefully inspect the rest of your garage door before repairing and replacing panels. Accidents that cause damage to garage door panels often damage other parts of your garage door's hardware, too.

Weather Stripping

Weather Stripping

We use high-quality weather stripping to keep your garage warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

The weather stripping along your garage door's edges protects your garage from the seasons and the weather.

The weather stripping along your garage door's edges protects your garage from the seasons and the weather.

Weather Stripping

Weather stripping protects your garage from heat during the summer, cold during the winter, and precipitation during all seasons. Your home should have a small gap between the garage door's frame and the garage door so that the two do not collide or grind during the garage door's operation. This small gap is sealed with rubber stripping that is dense enough to insulate your garage against the elements, but flexible enough to not interfere with the garage door's operation.

If your garage is too hot, too cold, or getting wet from precipitation, then we can inspect and replace your garage door's weather stripping. Weather stripping often becomes hard, cracked, and breaks off as it ages. These cracks and gaps are responsible for your garage's uncomfortable temperature. Although your garage door can operate in the short-term without weather stripping, water can cause damage to your garage. And, the larger temperature swings can cause additional wear on your springs.

Insulation

Garage Door Insulation

We can help you keep your garage more comfortable by insulating your garage door.

Your garage door's insulation is essential for keeping your garage's temperature comfortable.

Your garage door's insulation is essential for keeping your garage's temperature comfortable.

Garage Door Insulation

The garage door, like any other door or window in your home, is important for controlling your home's temperature. However, your garage door is usually much larger than your home's other doors and windows. Your garage door's exceptionally large size makes it exceptionally important for keeping your garage's temperature comfortable.

If you like your current garage door but want your garage to be warmer during the winter or cooler during the summer, then we can help by improving your existing garage door's insulation. Several excellent add-on garage door insulation products are available. We can help you select the add-on insulation product best suited for your garage door and install the additional insulation.

Maintenance

Garage Door Maintenance

An ounce of garage door maintenance is worth a pound of garage door repairs.

Occasional garage door maintenance and inspection can prevent expensive garage door repairs and inconvenient headaches.

Occasional garage door maintenance and inspection can prevent expensive garage door repairs and inconvenient headaches.

Garage Door Maintenance

Your garage door's springs, opener, rollers, and other parts wear down gradually with use. Usually, people learn when part of their garage door needs replacement after their garage door breaks. In our experience, garage doors tend to break when it's most inconvenient. And, similar to falling dominos, when one part of the garage door breaks, other parts of the garage door, which are otherwise in good condition, break, too.

If you would like to save money and avoid headaches, then we can help by inspecting and maintaining your garage door. Our technicians can provide regular maintenance that extends the life of your garage door's parts. Our technicians can also inspect your garage door's parts, identify potential problems, and fix problems before your garage door breaks. Professional maintenance saves you money because it reduces unnecessary break-related damage to your garage door. And, professional maintenance spares you the headaches that come with a broken garage door like having your car trapped in the garage.
