- Yes, a technician will arrive at your house in a truck loaded with springs for all standard and many non-standard garage doors. The technician will examine the broken spring and replace the broken spring with an appropriate spring.
- Another company came to my house and told me they did not have the right springs to repair my garage door. Do you have the springs.
- Yes, we have a very well stocked warehouse with many different types and sizes of springs suitable for repairing all garage doors.
- There is a large gap between the coils on one of my garage door's springs. Does this mean the spring is broken?
- Yes, an unusually large gap between some of the spring's coils indicates the spring is broken.
- Why does my garage door fall very quickly when shutting?
- The garage door's springs help the opener move the door up and down in a controlled manner. If you're door is suddenly closing very quickly, then one of your garage door springs is probably broken.
- Why are my garage door's movements jerky?
- This indicates one of your garage door springs is likely broken. The unbroken spring can still move the door up and down. But, the door is being lifted from only one side, which causes the door to become misaligned and move in a jerky manner.

- We have locations in Omaha and Lincoln. Both locations have fully stocked warehouses with garage doors, springs, openers, remotes, and tracks. Both locations also have dedicated trucks and technicians ready for service calls
- May I visit your business in person?
- Unfortunately, we do not have any retail locations. All of our locations are workshops with garages, inventory, and equipment. Since our workshops are busy with trucks, fork lifts, and other traffic that is potentially dangerous, we cannot have customers visit our locations.
